Pro Cup Offering Free Tickets to June 8 Motor Mile Event

The X-1R Pro Cup Series will be giving away 20,000 free tickets for the Heritage Truck Centers 250, June 8 at Motor Mile Speedway in Radford, VA, to fans and local businesses for the race event. Fans can pick up free tickets by visiting local businesses within 50 miles of the track. Big 8 Series Prepares for Columbus 151 on Memorial Day

The best of the weekly Late Model competitors in the Midwest will get together on Memorial Day Monday at Columbus 151 Speedway in Columbus, WI. Jon Reynolds Jr., Ryan Carlson, Jerry Gille, Casey Johnson, and more will compete in a 68-lap event on the tight quarter-mile oval. Seuss, Peltier and More Added to Wednesday 51 Radio Show

NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour standout Andy Seuss and PASS South winner this year Preston Peltier have been added to Wednesday's live Speed51.com Radio broadcast during Race Night with Bob Dillner and Friends at Texas Roadhouse in Concord, NC. They will join other short track racers, NASCAR drivers such as Darrell Wallace, Jr., Johnny Sauter and more that will be signing autographs for race fans and appearing on the 51 Radio broadcast. There will be giveaways and 10-percent of the night's purchases at the restaurant will benefit Motor Racing Outreach. Fans are encouraged to come, get autographs, listen to the live show and help support a great cause while enjoying a delicious dinner and getting some cool, free stuff just by stopping in.

Hebert Penalized for ACT Post Race Technical Infraction

After Saturday’s ACT 100 at Airborne Speedway, eight-time American Canadian Tour Stock Car Champion Brian Hoar has moved into the championship points lead with four events complete.

Hoar took the point lead after second-place finisher Jimmy Hebert suffered a post race technical infraction on Saturday night. Repairs made to Hebert’s damaged race car after a heat-race altercation with another competitor caused the rear end to shift. This resulted in a left side weight infraction in technical inspection following the feature race. The team was issued a $500 fine and was docked 12 championship points. Hebert remains second in the overall standings, just 11 points out of the lead

Moffitt Added to Guest List for 51's TX Roadhouse Show Wed.

Current NASCAR K&N Pro Series East point leader Brett Moffitt has signed on as a guest during the Speed 51 Radio live broadcast during the Texas Roadhouse "Race Night with Bob Dillner and Friends" this Wednesday at the restaurant's Concord Mills, NC location. 51's live broadcast will air from 6-8pm ET on Speed51.com and live at the restaurant for fans wishing to meet drivers. Already included in the night's festivities are SPEED's Bob Dillner, Wendy Venturini and Jeff Hammond, plus racers such as Darrell Wallace, Jr., Corey LaJoie and Moffitt.
